ARE YOUR TREATS SUITABLE FOR ALL DOGS?
Most of our treats are suitable for dogs of all ages and sizes however supervision is needed always. For specific dietary or health needs, we always recommend checking with your vet practitioner first.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 4 business days of receiving them. Delivery times vary depending on the courier and busy periods.Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER ALLERGY FRIENDLY TREATS?
Yes! We offer a range of options for dogs with different dietary needs including a veggie chews range and hypoallergenic meats. Please be sure to always read the ingredient list and check with your vet practitioner if unsure.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY TREATS?
Store treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep them sealed or in an airtight container to help maintain freshness. Always check the individual product packaging to see if there are any specific storage instructions.
DO YOU OFFER PUPPY TREATS?

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original condition.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:
- Opened treats or supplements
- Used grooming products
- Personalised items
- Gift cards
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
