Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you and your companions love every order from PawluluCo. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original condition.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:
- Opened treats or supplements
- Used grooming products
- Personalised items
- Gift cards

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
